The Boy In The Skirt

There's a boy I know
And he wears womens clothes
People say he's strange
But what do people know

His family dont understand him
His friends dont want to know
But he isn't bothering anybody
But gets ridiculed wherever he goes
Because he's the boy in the skirt
And women's clothes dont go

His mind has gone they say
Some people think he's gay
But he just likes to wear dresses
He might not be gay

These cruel jibes make him weep
He cries himself to sleep
All he needs is an understanding friend
And society can go to hell

Deep down this boy is not happy
He feels the need for love
He feels something is missing
And life can be so tough
