Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k
This is a 48k ZX Spectrum that I have had for a fair few years. It has been modified to output composite video. This makes it a lot easier to use with modern televisions. The 48k, with it's instantly recognisable rubber keys is possibly the most recognisable of the ZX Spectrum range. This one has also been modified to work better with modern televisions but needs a new faceplate. I think the 48k ZX Spectrum can reasonably be called an Iconic machine.
The first ZX Spectrums were 16k machines. I don't know how long they were produced before they were upgraded to 48k of memory, but there are games to be found on cassette that are for a 16k Spectrum.
