The years before I met you,
They seemed so dull and dry,
I never thought I'd meet you,
I never wondered why.

I felt so blue when I never had you,
I'm pretty sure, did you feel that too,
I'm so glad I've found you,
You are my world to me.

When you came into my life,
Like a dove from paradise,
My heart just skipped a beat,
I'd fling myself at your feet.

I thank god for what I've got,
I feel so grateful,
I will never leave you
I'll always want to be with you.

Three words I haven't written yet,
The purpose of this song,
Something I want to tell you,
And that is I love you.

They say there is a person,
